I would like to register for Long Beach. Also what is interactive Real Time Webcast?
Please try this link for Long Beach. You have to register at California Board of Accountancy directly.
To your question: Interactive Real Time Webcast means, that you can participate at this conference via Internet (e. g. Sitting at home, or at your office). Usually there are video cameras which showing/streaming everything through the Internet. There also should be a chat, where you can sign in, and discuss with other chat participants the news they are talking about, and often even can ask questions (by typing in your questions). If you need more information, please take a look at this Wikipedia entry.
