Complaints about the burdens of over-regulation of the U.S. capital markets have increased since the adoption of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Are burdensome requirements driving companies from the domestic capital markets? The Committee on Capital Markets Regulation’s November 2006 interim report spurred debate on this issue and is certain to shape changes to the current regulatory framework. Join an expert panel as they discuss how these changes will affect investors.
