AsiaInfo Assists China Mobile to Comply With the Sarbanes-Oxley Act

AsiaInfo Holdings, Inc, a leading provider of telecom software solution ans security products and services in China, announced today, that they signed contracts with Inner Mongolia Mobile, Gansu Mobil and Guangxi Mobile to enhance the security of their operation support systems.

AsiaInfo will help these three China Mobile subsidiaries comply with section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (”SOX”) by reducing the security risks facing the operating system. The security enhancement project will make modifications to the BOSS, customer platform and operation analysis systems and improve key functions including the security management process, data warehouse audit, application system and virus management.
